What types of services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of balloons including latex, foil, custom-shaped, letter and number balloons, and even eco-friendly options. We also have balloons in various sizes and colours to suit all occasions. We also offer prop hire and custom vinyl decals.

Can I rent event props?

For a wide variety of backdrops and props, they can be hired through external local suppliers.

Minimum costs are approx. $300.00 excluding delivery and set-up & pick-up.

Bonds and deposits may apply.

We can send you supplier recommendations or source quotes on your behalf.

We also have recommendations for suppliers of cakes and soft play set-ups.

What is the cost for a balloon garland?

$80.00 per metre

All balloon garlands includes mini and jumbo balloons.

Foil balloons are an additional cost.

Can I customise my balloons?

Yes, we offer customisation for balloons, including adding names, logos, and even special designs. Please contact us for custom balloon options and pricing.

How long do balloons last?

Latex balloons typically last between over 1 week, depending on the size and environment (indoor vs outdoor). Foil balloons can last up to 3-7 days, and some may last longer if properly cared for. We only offer indoor balloon garland installations to ensure the longevity of the balloons.

How far in advance should I place my balloon order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance for large events or custom designs. For smaller orders, we can accommodate 1 week in advance depending on availability. If you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our best to cater to your needs.

At this stage in time we are servicing onsite events on weekends only.

How long does a set-up take?

Setting up takes time, so please allow for 1.5hr-3hrs for all venue set ups. This is to ensure that we have ample time to set up for your event. If your venue does not allow a minimum of 1.5hrs, please let us know in advance. This will assist us with our planning and staffing for the day.

All set-ups and pack downs required before 8:00am or after 8:00pm will incur an additional $50.00 fee. 

Do you provide balloon delivery?

Yes, we offer balloon delivery services to your location. Delivery fees may vary depending your location from Hillside 3037

Standard delivery & Set-Up: $80.00 within 20km of Hillside 3037.

Delivery, Set-Up & Pack-Down: $120.00 within 20km of Hillside 3037.

Are your balloons safe for children and pets?

We use high-quality balloons, but it’s important to supervise children and pets around balloons. Balloons can be a choking hazard if popped or chewed. Please discard any popped balloons immediately.

Can I pick up my balloon order?

Yes, you can pick up your balloon order from Hillside 3037. We’ll have it ready for you at the agreed time. We also provide balloon transport tips to ensure they stay in great shape.

Are your balloons environmentally friendly?

We offer eco-friendly options like biodegradable latex balloons. We also encourage responsible disposal of balloons and offer recycling advice.

What happens if my balloons deflate before my event?

We take great care to ensure that your balloons stay inflated for as long as possible. If any balloons deflate unexpectedly, we offer replacements or refunds within a certain period. Contact us for assistance.

Do you require a deposit?

50% payment is due at the time of the booking. The deposit is to secure and proceed with your booking.

Do you require a bond?

$100.00 bond is required for all prop hire and is payable at the time of the event and will be returned upon picked up of non damaged props.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and PayID. Please check with us for more details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 7 days before your event for a full refund.

Any cancellations within 3 business days of your event will forfeit your deposit.
