We specialise in custom-styled events, including bespoke backdrops, custom balloon colours and garlands, signage, florals, and themed cut-outs — all carefully designed to bring your vision to life. We also offer event planning, styling and event day coordinating services.

Michella is the face and balloon artist behind Balloon Deck. This small business reflects her fun, creative side, and she loves meeting new people, collaborating with talented vendors, and seeing the joy her work brings to clients.
Michella discovered her passion for event styling during lockdown in 2020, turning a creative hobby into a small business in 2022.
With her Filipino background, Michella has always loved hosting and planning memorable parties for her family and friends. She treasures quality time with her loved ones, filling every gathering with warmth, love, and a little extra magic.
The name Balloon Deck is inspired by the word deck - to decorate, style, and transform a space for a celebration. A deck can also be a platform where people gather to connect and celebrate, while the phrase “on deck” means ready and prepared for what’s next. Together, these meanings reflect Michella’s approach to every event: creating beautifully styled spaces and being ready to bring each client’s celebration to life.

Running a small business involves much more than what see in photos. A lot of behind-the-scenes work goes into administration, marketing, planning, communicating and preparation for each event. There’s also a significant amount of time and effort required to build and transport props for all events big or small.
Proper preparation and coordination on event day is crucial to ensure a seamless set-up, efficient pack-down, and, most importantly, an installation that lasts throughout the event.
