Additional prop hire, such as custom backdrops, light-up numbers, plinths, florals etc can be arranged through external suppliers. The cost for these items will be payable directly to the supplier.
Terms & Conditions:
- Set-up and pack-down times are 8:00am to 8:00pm Saturday and Sundays, unless alternative arrangements are made.
- 24 hour prop hire unless alternative arrangements are made.
- Indoor installations only
- 1-3hrs onsite set-up is required (times will vary)
- Onsite power supply required
- Foil, confetti, orb and loon balloons are not included in the package prices.
- Minimum 14 days notice and a 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- Cancellations within 3 days of any event, will forfeit the deposit.
- PRICES ARE AS OF 1ST JANUARY 2026 AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
