From the initial consultation to the final styling touches, she is the main point of contact throughout your event journey and is personally involved on the day, overseeing and styling each event to ensure every detail is executed to perfection. 

Kaity is an important part of our events team, bringing creativity, organisation and an eye for detail to every celebration.

As Design Manager, she oversees the styling and creative direction of our events, bringing each client’s vision to life through thoughtful design and beautiful details.

As Event Day Coordinator, Kaity manages setups, coordinates with our team and suppliers, and ensures everything comes together seamlessly on the day.

With her creative eye and hands-on approach, Kaity helps create memorable events that look and feel truly special.

Cheyanne is the friendly face behind our event day operations, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.

From coordinating with venue staff and vendors to assisting with the setup and pack down, she helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

She also captures the magic of each celebration by creating engaging social media content, giving our clients a glimpse into the special moments we create. 

With her organisation, creativity, and eye for detail, Cheyanne plays an important role in bringing our Balloon Deck events to life.

Callum is the talented hands behind our custom props.

As our Prop Maker and Quality Control specialist, he designs, builds, and carefully inspects every piece to ensure it is safe, durable, and compliant for use at our onsite events.

With a background in cabinet making, Callum has crafted and installed cabinetry in many luxury homes across Melbourne, bringing exceptional attention to detail and high-quality workmanship to every project.

His expertise ensures our props not only look incredible but are built to the highest standards.
