Terms & Conditions:

Set-up and pack-down times are 8:00am to 8:00pm Saturday and Sundays, unless alternative arrangements are made.
Indoor installations only
1-3hrs onsite set-up is required (times will vary)
Onsite power supply required
Foil, confetti, orb and loon balloons are not included in the package prices.
24 hour prop hire unless alternative arrangements are made.
Minimum 14 days notice and a 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Cancellations within 3 days of any event, will forfeit the deposit.

Prop Hire Information:

Only 1x white arch & 1x white plinth is available for prop hire.
Alternative options for backdrop and plinth prop hire must be outsourced through alternative supplier's. Contact us for our recommendations.

3 gold cake stands available for hire (1x large & 2x small).
1x white timber easel is available for prop hire.
1x white acrylic sign is available for prop hire. (Arch or round shape)
