TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Set-up and pack-down times are 8:00am to 8:00pm Saturday and Sundays, unless alternative arrangements are made.
24 hour prop hire unless alternative arrangements are made.
Indoor installations only, should you require an outdoor set-up, please let us know so we can seek alternatives that are complaint and safe.
1-3hrs onsite set-up is required (times will vary)
Onsite power supply required
Prices vary for double stuffed balloons
Minimum 14 days notice and a $150.00 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Cancellations within 3 business days of any event, will forfeit the deposit.

Additional prop hire, such as custom backdrops, light-up numbers, plinths, florals etc can be arranged through external suppliers. The cost for these items will be payable directly to the external suppliers.
