Event & Wedding Day Planning Styling & Coordination

We specialise in event and wedding day planning and styling to ensure your special day runs smoothly and looks and feel nothing less of amazing.


Our team will assist with on-the-day coordination—directing suppliers, overseeing set-up, and making sure every detail aligns with your vision and timeline.


Events:

From prop set ups, balloon garlands, and welcome signage to photo backdrops, candles, dessert displays, and bar décor—we’ll make sure every detail is styled to perfection. We also liaise with your venue, help manage guest-of-honour activities, and provide a complete floor plan for your celebration. 


Weddings:

From furniture placement, floral arrangements, and welcome signs to photo booths, candles, cake tables, and bar signage—we’ll make sure everything is styled perfectly. We also coordinate with your venue, manage bridal party duties, and provide a complete floor plan for both your ceremony and reception.

Pricing

- On-the-day service: $100–$200 per hour (depending on styling and planning needs).

- Travel costs apply based on your location.

- Planning meetings: $50/hr via Zoom or $80/hr in person.  


We offer flexible packages tailored to the level of support you need, whether it's just a little guidance or full styling and coordination.
